SpiderFelt: Functional Felt Art
Juggling Jellyroll Balls and Beads
Roll it, poke it, squish it, squeeze it. Start with a pile of fluffy wool and finish with a felt ball and a pile of felt beads pretty enough to eat.
Using a combination of needlefelting and wetfelting, students will learn how to transform wool into felt. Get up a jump start on handmade gifts. Decorated balls make lovely ornaments and jellyroll beads can be strung together to make garlands, ornaments or jewelry.
